The URA redeveloped the site to provide approximately 190 residential units with a low-rise podium with mainly small street retail spaces at the bottom. The upper podium sky garden that attached with private clubhouse provides various greenery and leisure space for residents to have an urban hideaway. The level changes from ground floor to the basement are well connected with the featured vertical green wall, passerby may enjoy the vibrant atmosphere from the indoor mall to the outside plaza.
