The Drainage Services Department planned to open the waterfront promenade of To Kwa Wan Sewage Treatment Works to the public and decorate the area with creative artwork. Local tertiary students studying landscape architecture, architecture or design courses were invited to participate in this design competition. We assisted in organising the competition, brief session, jury panel meeting and award ceremony, and operating the hotline to answer enquires and provide guidance to the participants. The competition was a resounding success with entries of high quality and creativity.
